Mindfulness is an act of self love. When we live a mindful life, we get to live to our truest self. We become aware of ourselves and the present moment, which allows us to react and response appropriately and without judgement.
I will teach you various mindful-living tips and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique of focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, breath, or activity to help bring focus, attention and awareness to the mind. Meditation also brings mental and emotional clarity, calmness and stability to the meditator.
Well, you just start. The great thing about meditation is that you don't have to be an expert to meditate, anyone can do it. You can start with 5 minutes and grow your time from there. They recommend 20-40 minutes of meditation everyday, but if you are new to meditation, any length of time is beneficial!
People think they have to be sitting cross-legged to meditate. This is not true! You can meditate while walking, sitting on the ground, laying down, sitting on a chair, in the tub, or just about anywhere else (not recommended while operating vehicles or heavy equipment). Sitting cross-legged is the most common position, also known as the lotus, or half-lotus, position.
I will help guide you into meditation and we will grow this journey together. You'll start to feel the benefits quickly!
