Mission Statement

   A lotus grows in mucky conditions. To other plants, this is not ideal conditions. But yet, the beautiful, radiant lotus grows and thrives. In everyday life, we have mucky, not so desirable conditions that we feel like we live in. Like a lotus, I will encourage you to bloom beyond your current conditions and connect with the beauty in life. ​

A willow tree represents strength and safety. In stormy times, the willow stands tall and weathers the storm. The willow also represents letting go. I offer a safe, inclusive, and confidential environment to make all feel welcome. I am dedicated to help you grow confidence to weather any storm you face and teach you how the art of letting go is amazing. 

A caterpillar represents our youth, freedom and growth. A caterpillar does the growing, the learning and the transformation. A butterfly is the beautiful outcome of the caterpillar's hard work, dissolution, and metamorphosis. In the middle of metamorphic change, it is neither its old self and its new self. Just like them, we can go through experiences that challenge our reflection of who we are. A butterfly does not see its own beauty, but those around it do. We can even have a hard time seeing our own beauty and our worth, but let me tell you, you are beautiful, strong, and worthy of life. I will help guide you to see your own beauty and self worth though all of our phases in life. ​

Fully-certified since 2020, I am on a mission to help people overcome their own limitations through self expansion coaching, meditation, and mindful practices. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. I want to help elevate you to your highest potential!
